Created for young nature lovers aged 5 to 11 years, Junior Rangers offers hands-on learning in the Pukaha Reserve during the NZ School Holidays. Spend the day exploring the forest and getting to know the wildlife.

Children spend the day exploring the forest, getting to know the birds and watching them being fed: especially our cheeky kaka and tuna (longfin eels)!

Each session is tailored to the weather conditions and offers flexibility to suit children’s interests in the Reserve. Our knowledgeable guides provide stories and fun facts about the forest and its wildlife – there’s lots to learn and enjoy.

Includes lunch (vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available).
