Feed a Kiwi for a Week – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting kiwi conservation at Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre.

By signing up to Feed a Kiwi for a Week, you agree to the following terms:

1. Weekly Contribution
You authorise Pūkaha National Wildlife Centre to charge $8.00 NZD to your nominated debit or credit card each week, starting from the date of your first payment.

2. Ongoing Payments
Your $8 contribution will automatically renew each week until you cancel. By signing up, you consent to these recurring payments being processed using your nominated card.

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your weekly contribution at any time by contacting Pūkaha in writing at accounts@pukaha.org.nz. We request a minimum of 14 days’ notice to allow for administration and processing. Contributions are charged weekly to your nominated card until cancellation is processed.

Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a payment has been made in error.

Pūkaha will review any payment concerns or disputes on a case-by-case basis.

4. How Your Contribution Is Used
Your contribution supports the ongoing care, feeding and conservation of kiwi at Pūkaha. Contributions are pooled and allocated according to the needs of our kiwi conservation programme and do not relate to feeding a specific kiwi.

5. Payment Issues
If a payment is unsuccessful, Pūkaha or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again. We may suspend or cancel recurring contributions if payments continue to fail.

6. Changes to the Programme
Pūkaha reserves the right to update or discontinue this programme. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any changes to the weekly contribution amount. Any increase will require your express agreement before the higher amount is charged.

7. Privacy & Payment Security

Your personal information will be used to administer your contribution and communicate with you about it, in accordance with Pūkaha’s Privacy Policy.

Card payments are processed through our secure payment provider.
